Raspberry Crumble Bar Recipe

As the fresh raspberries begin to grow this spring, here’s a quick recipe that is sure to please the entire family.

  • Raspberries
  • Sugar
  • Flour
  • Cornstarch
  • Lemon juice


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place raspberries in a large colander. Run warm water over them for a minute, and then let the liquid drain out for (30-60 min) until softened and thoroughly drained.
  3. Mix raspberries with sugar, flour, cornstarch, and lemon juice.
  4. Spread mixture into a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
