Raspberry Crumble Bar Recipe
As the fresh raspberries begin to grow this spring, here’s a quick recipe that is sure to please the entire family.
- Lemon juice
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Place raspberries in a large colander. Run warm water over them for a minute, and then let the liquid drain out for (30-60 min) until softened and thoroughly drained.
- Mix raspberries with sugar, flour, cornstarch, and lemon juice.
- Spread mixture into a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
