Great podcast. A friend and I were recently talking about what it would have been like if the virus had hit when we were growing up in NJ
We were both born in 1954 so there were no computers, zooming, and social media. Now that would have been true social isolation. Today’s technological advances have certainly reduced some of the stress of the times!
Nice!
Thanks, Marianne for your comments. They are appreciated. I agree our technology kept us warm, kept food on the shelves, and connected us as if we were on the Starship!
Glad you enjoyed our interview.
Wonderful podcast about Health Outreach Program with focus on mind/body connection. I especially enjoyed the beautiful mindfulness moment for asking the right questions.
Thank you to all!
Thanks, Rosemary for your comments. Mindfulness practices are making their way into our workplaces. Positive and supporting, they contribute to well-being. Glad you enjoyed our interview. Judith
