It’s Time to Dream Again!

About Judith

The warp threads in a tapestry create the structure, the form for the tapestry design. My foundation was formed by science-based degrees, an M.S. in Nutrition Science, B.S.N Nursing, and resultant experiences. They created a springboard for me to step into holistic models. The weft threads that give depth, color, and form to this work are many: yoga and meditation, meeting and working with Native American elders, Ayurveda and TCM, shamanic dreaming, and archetypes as taught by Caroline Myss. Deeply connected to a Medicine Wheel taught to me by my elders, I weave their lessons in all my work, including my first book, At the Garden’s Gate, and now Navigating Your Dream World.

A strong dreamer since a young child, I committed to recording and understanding my dreams long before I stepped into Shamanic Dreaming with Robert Moss, author of Conscious Dreaming, Dreaming True, and more.

Eventually, I taught and developed classes for credit, three holistic health-based courses for Western CT State University, and taught nutrition science at the college level for over thirteen years. I continue to teach at various venues, weaving in a holistic perspective.

I launched a Podcast Series: Holistic Nature of Us, sent to various platforms such as iTunes, Spotify, Google Music Play, youtube.com, and more. My guests include Doug Tallamy, author of Bringing Nature Home; Susan Leopold, Executive Director of United Plant Savers and Rebecca Wildfire, Soul and river guide, from the Animas Valley Institute in Boulder, CO.

Based on the above, I have been a keynote speaker for Garden Clubs, the Horticultural Society, Libraries, and Corporate venues, including a guest on Voice America shows. Visit my website for more information: www.judithdreyer.com
